Are you up for the Pepsi Challenge?

This weekend only, Pepsi will be stopping through multiple locations in New York City to give locals and visitors alike to take the Pepsi Challenge, which celebrates its 50th anniversary. Taste buds will be put to the test as guests try Pepsi Zero Sugar up against Coke Zero Sugar.

Here’s how it works: all participants will be given a blind taste test, with two unmarked cups containing Pepsi Zero Sugar and Coke Zero Sugar. After sampling both cups, participants will select their favorite soda of the two, which will trigger unique celebratory moments for those with great taste.

All participants will be given a free 20oz bottle of Pepsi Zero Sugar, regardless of what their soda choice.

The Pepsi Challenge will take place at the following locations:

  • Yankee Stadium at 1 E 161st St., Bronx; May 16, 5 – 8 p.m.
  • Queen’s Night Market at 47-01 111th St., Queens, Parking lot behind the New York Hall of Science in Flushing Meadows Corona Park; May 17, 4 p.m. – 12 a.m.
  • 9th Ave International Food Festival at 629 Ninth Ave., New York, 9th Avenue (42nd-57th Streets); May 17 & 18, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Smorgasburg Prospect Park at Prospect Park, Breeze Hill, Brooklyn; May 18, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
